Shipped directly from our Isleworth (West London) facility by Royal Mail with delivery tracking and notifications. Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Free (2-3 Business Days) Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5 (Next Day - Non-Refundable) Royal Mail Order Cut-Off Times 5pm Monday to Friday and 11:30am on Saturday. Refund Policy
Once accepted, we will refund you immediately on receipt of the returned item. Refunds may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.
We offer a 90 day return policy. The item must be returned unused* and in its original undamaged packaging. Return Shipping is normally** Free of Charge. In most cases we will send you a pre-paid pre-addressed return shipping label from the same carrier who delivered your order. *If you wish to return a no fault appliance that has been used, we will refund up to 50% of the item’s cost. **Please do not leave a damaging review without giving us the opportunity to rectify any issues you may have. Please Note: We sell and deliver only in the UK. We will not be responsible for any item purchased and shipped outside the UK by a 3rd party.
