Delivery Policy

Fulfilment of orders on VegaVend are handled entirely by our third party Vendors. These terms may differ form vendor to vendor. Please read the the Terms of Service and the Vendors shipping policy carefully under the shipping tab on each product. Vendors are however expected to conform to the terms laid out in the Vendor Solutions Agreement

A Vendors Terms and Conditions are to be at least as favourable as the terms laid out in our Alpha Zulu Guarantee.

If you experience any delivery issues we encourage you to first reach out to the vendor of the products and give the Vendor the opportunity to sort out any issues you may have have. We find this is usually the quickest way to resolve any issues as not resolving the issue in a timely manner may reflect poorly on the Vendors ratings.
