Ordering from a Third-Party Vendor

Third-party Vendors are independent Vendors who offer a variety of new, used, refurbished, and collectible merchandise.

The steps to place an order with a third-party Vendor are the same as placing any other order on VegaVend. You add items to your cart, then complete your order through the VegaVend checkout process. VegaVend Limited will disburse your funds to the third-party Vendor but never pass along your payment information.

If a Vendor asks you to send funds directly to them, bypassing the VegaVend checkout process, do not place the order, and contact us immediately.

The third-party Vendor’s items will be fulfilled directly by the Vendor, and the Vendor will also handle customer service. Because VegaVend isn’t directly involved in the completion of sales arranged with third-party Vendors, you’ll need to contact the third-party Vendor directly for the following issues:

• Check on your order or package status
• Schedule or reschedule services
• Cancel an order and receive a refund
• Return an order

If a dispute arises between you and a third-party Vendor, and you can’t reach an agreement with them, the VegaVend Alpha Zulu Guarantee is available to you. For more information, go to Alpha Zulu Guarantee.

Note:

• When an order is placed with a Vendor, you can cancel the order yourself from Your Account within 30 minutes. Select the order and click Cancel Items . After 30 minutes, you can request a cancellation from the Vendor through Your Account by clicking Request cancellation. If the order has already entered the dispatch process, this option won’t be available.
• Vendors work hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but occasionally a listed item will no longer be available by the time an order is placed. If a Vendor is unable to deliver your item, they should refund you promptly so that you can place a new order. While stock-outs can happen, we do require Vendors to keep these to a minimum. Please understand that in some cases the out-of-stock item might no longer be available at the listed price.
• Vendors can set their own prices for the items they sell on VegaVend.com. Prices for similar or identical items from other Vendors can vary.
