Returns & Exchanges We’re here to help. If your Dryerstand arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact us with photos of the issue and your order number, and we’ll arrange a prompt exchange. Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, with original packaging and seals fully intact. We do not accept returns for items that have been assembled, tampered with, or used. Returns due to change of mind are accepted only if the product has not been opened or assembled. Please choose carefully before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to measure your space using the size guides available in the product information for each product listing: Our Dryerstands are designed to fit most standard front and top-loading washing machines and dryers. Measuring your space ensures a good fit and guarantees easy access to buttons and controls. Manufacturer’s Warranty Your Dryerstand is backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use. The Warranty Does Not Cover: Improper use or misuse. Normal wear and tear. Accidental or negligent damage. Damage from fire, flooding, or natural disasters. Modifications or unauthorised repairs. Use for unintended purposes. Purchases made from unauthorised sellers. Need Help? Returns and Warranty
If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will exchange it with a new product at no cost.
Please contact us with photos of the damaged product.
Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received with the original packaging seals not tampered or opened in any form.
Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind after assembly or if the product does not fit.
Encourage you to measure your intended space using the size charts and guides that are listed in the photo library and also under the “Sizing and Dimensions” tab under each product listing:

Change of mind items prior to assembly must be returned in the same condition as it was received with the original packaging seals not tampered or opened in any form.
The Dryer Stands are adjustable for most domestic washing machines and dryers, measuring your space will also ensure that you will be able to reach functional buttons before placing your order.
Manufacturers Warranty
The Dryerstand warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase on your invoice.
The warranty does not cover:

Improper use or Misuse
Normal wear and tear.
Product that has been damaged by accident or negligent use.
Product used for something other than the intended purpose.
Any modifications to the product.
Damage from fire, flooding, or other natural disasters.
Accidental damage or acts of nature.
Purchased from unauthorised sellers.
