Refund Policy

You can return the product(s) to us within 14 days for a full refund (we are unable to refund delivery charges, sorry!). Please contact us at orders@ethiqana.com and we’ll arrange for the return.

Please note:

- The product is unused & in the same condition as received.
- The product is in its original & undamaged packaging.
- The package is securely sealed and the correct postage paid for
it. We are unable to refund your return postage costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for face masks or body piercing jewellery items like earrings.
