In the highly unlikely event the glove is faulty, we will send you a replacement once we receive the faulty item back.
You have 14 days from when you received your goods to complain to us about a faulty item.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether Gummee products will be suitable for your baby and we will be happy to answer any questions.

If you change your mind or have realised you ordered the wrong item we will exchange the item and in some cases refund you if you notify us within 14 days of purchase. We will ask you to return the item at your own cost and in the original unopened box. If the product has been used it may affect your entitlement to a full refund.
