MASTERSHELF DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY THE FIXING BY A THIRD PARTY OF ANY OF ITS SHELVING BRACKETS OR SHELVING KITS WHICH ARE FIXED TO ANY WALL OR SUBSTRATE, OR FIXED USING INCORRECT HARDWARE OR FIXED OR FITTED BY UNLICENSED TRADESMEN. IF IN DOUBT CONSULT A QUALIFIED TRADESMAN, OR CONTACT MASTERSHELF. Return freight/handling costs/insurance are the customers responsibility, or at the discretion of Mastershelf. All goods must be returned unused, in original as new, undamaged packaging and within 30 days of receipt.

Yes! Mastershelf offers all customers a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee (subject to the terms below).
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about a product purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund (less shipping costs). The only conditions applying to change of mind returns are as follows:

All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging.).
Products cannot be replaced or returned for a credit once they have been installed or assembled.
You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs.
The only products that cannot be returned are products marked ‘Clearance’ or ‘Seconds’.
The original shipping costs to you are not refunded. Handling/restocking costs of 40% will apply to large orders.
We will happily exchange a faulty product or provide a credit note within 7 days of you receiving your order.

WE DO OFFER A FITTING SERVICE WITHIN THE BEDFORDSHIRE AREA.
Return freight/handling/restocking fees are the customers responsibility, or at the discretion of Mastershelf.
Please include/email the invoice you received with your order when returning goods.
