Badges
Building Consumer trust and Vendor engagement is very important to us here at VegaVend. In this endeavour we have introduced badges that can be earned by the Vendors as they progress on their selling journey and at the same time instil trust in the consumers that see them.

Verified Seller
This is the most important badge a Vendor can have as it instantly shows the consumer that you are a legitimate Seller. There are five levels of verification, each one may come with additional selling privileges.
Level 1 - Identification
Even though during the initial grace period we allow Vendors to create an account and begin publishing products on VegaVend before having being fully verified a Vendor must complete this verification to continue to have an active account on VegaVend.
Level 2 - Address Verification
As with level one, even though during the initial grace period we allow Vendors to create an account and begin publishing products on VegaVend before having being fully verified a Vendor must complete this verification to continue to have an active account on VegaVend.
Level 3 - Social Media Verification
Vendors can verify their social media accounts.
Level 4 - Business Verification
This verification remains optional until a Vendor surpasses £1000 in annual revenue. At which point it becomes compulsory and the Vendor will have 30 days to comply even though during the initial grace period we allow Vendors to create an account and begin publishing products on VegaVend before having being fully verified a Vendor must complete this verification to continue to have an active account on VegaVend.
Level 5 - Phone Verification
An optional verification that is done to increase the security on an account with 2-factor authentication.
Completing Verification
The Verification process on VegaVend is simple. It forms part of your initial set-up process. You simply navigate to Settings=>Verification tab on your Vendor Dashboard
